Logging in to But 999 is simple, but we never compromise on security. Every session is encrypted, and automatic protections are in place to block any unauthorized access.
A lot of bettors ask — what do I do if I forget my password? The answer is simple. Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Use it to set a new password — the whole process takes under 2 minutes.
Mobile OTP login is perfect for anyone who'd rather not remember a password. A fresh OTP is sent to your phone every time, and you use that code to sign in — making it secure by design, since the code changes with each use.
If you select the "Remember Me" checkbox, you won't need to log in again unless you clear your browser. That said, we recommend against using this option on public or shared devices.
After logging in, keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled to protect your account. You can turn it on easily from your account settings. Once active, any new device sign-in will require an additional OTP verification.
Don't worry if your account gets locked. After five consecutive incorrect password attempts, the account is temporarily locked for security reasons. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact our support team right away.
Security tip: Never share your login details with anyone. No but 999 staff member will ever ask for your password.
